After all is done

The day after. It was a perfect day yesterday and the evening before. The family was together and the oldest son and his children and Lynn and I attended Christmas Eve services together. Then on Christmas Day the youngest son and his family joined us for a celebration and dinner. I am relieved to say the dinner went well. I haven't done this for so long I was kind of nervous about it but it was all good. My oldest son made for some fun with a game that he had played at one of his work celebrations. It was a fun game and he provided packages of goodies to use in the game. At the end of the game what ever package you ended up with was yours. It made for fun and helped make the day happier than it already was. Lots of good company and fun and loving memories were created. Today Lynn and I are recovering from all and doing a lot of resting and basking in the still good feelings of the past couple days.
