Not much

I am kinda late getting in here today. The new year is coming and I am still recovering from the last one! Well the last few days I should say. Lynn and I are set in our ways now and having things different and more people around and staying overnight and all just makes for us being tired. Boots has even been off her usual ways but today seems to be back to normal. We went out today for a bit. The weather is so good. It is hard to believe it is December. I think it was over 50 here today. Anyway we went to Lowe's...the man store! We got a smoke alarm and some weather stripping (oh how exciting) and some batteries. I got some new measuring cups and measuring spoons which I really needed. AND..... As we were walking down one isle they had a table of things marked way down. There was a Cuisinart coffee maker in black like I wanted and it was marked W A Y down to $14.00! It is programmable too. So that made me happy. Lynn is the coffee drinker but I have a cup or two now and then. The thing is, it looks good in my kitchen. So that was my day today.
