Sports Car

For as long as I can remember my husband has wanted a sports car.  In particular he wanted a Miata.  So he has been looking for a used one that he could afford to buy.  We have had only the one car since I sold mine a few years back.  We realized it has been inconvenient with just one car  So this past weekend he found his Miata on Craigs List.  It was advertised as the lowest priced one on Craigs and since the price was right for us we called on it.  Seems the guy is going to CA and wanted to sell this car before he left.  He offered it at a great price.  When we said we were interested he took $100. off the already low price and so the hubby and our neighbor went to look at it.  With one minor problem and needing a new top but having other things that were almost new he said he wanted it.  He also mentioned that being on a fixed income it was all he could afford to spend on it.  So the guy took another $200. off the price.  So today we have the car paid for and
insured and plates on it and ...all is good!  I went for a ride in it with the top down and feeling warm and alive and it was just plain fun.
