Yoville

Yes..I love Yoville and that is my avatar on the game Yoville on Facebook.  It is a Zynga Game and that company has decided that the game is to be shut down on March 31st.  People are outraged about it.  You wouldn't believe the protests that go on daily on Facebook and the signed petitions that have been sent to the company.  People have even quit playing any games that this company owns and their stock has even taken a hit.  The inventor of the game has contacted this company to buy back the game and keep it going.  I sure hope it happens.  It may seem silly but it means a lot to a lot of people from all over the country and other countries as well.  People have even met on line and married!  The game consists of homes that you move into and decorate.  You earn coins by working in a factory or doing other jobs.  You can also buy yo cash with a credit card and get things that cost more and are more attractive than what you can get with coins.  There are places to go in Yoville like a dinner, a coffee shop, a salon, furniture store, clothing store, ranch, car lot, pet shop, a bank.  It is a life style of make believe.  For some of us that are disabled and can't do what our avatars can do it is quite fun.  I have met people on this game that I wouldn't have met without it.  I sure hope that come March 31st someone has saved this game for those of us that love it.
