ramblings

We are still resting up and relaxing from the happy family time. I am going to be taking the decorations down early this year. It was nice but I am ready for simplicity and neatness now. I am having a lot of fun with the new camera but needing spring for better pictures or lots of snow or something really interesting to photograph. I talked for almost an hour on the phone to my friend in Florida. It is always fun talking with her. We have known each other so long we can laugh about all kinds of things know each others family members and remember way back when.....I wish everyone could have a friend of that long standing. I wanted to post a picture of the whole family but of course I am not happy with my picture. My new hair style was not in place so you can't see how it really is shaped. Also my weight is coming off slow so the 16 pounds I have lost don't look like as much as it feels like. I am going for 10 more and that will surely show up even in a picture. One thing that doesn't stop with the holidays is bills. So I have already started on the January ones. It is so nice to be able to do all that on line now. Hard to believe I used to do it the old way. Technology is really something. It is hard to remember some of the things from the past like 8 track tapes and dial telephones. Now days there is so much that is way beyond me. I wonder what things will be like when my grandchildren are adults? Well as you can see I have nothing much to talk about just rambling on here.
