this and that

Not much going on. I am doing laundry today. It is very cloudy out and I am missing the sunshine. I think snow is on the way this evening. It is kind of cold. What am I thinking....this is December. The 50 degree weather we were having with all the sunshine just kind of made me forget. Coffee in the new Cuisinart coffee maker is good. The only thing not to like is it takes a special size filter and I have an abundant supply of the old regular filters. I noticed that they seemed to work though, just have to be careful how you put them in. I of course am drinking a lot of water not coffee. I did have one cup this morning but I have had three glasses of water. I have been on this new way of eating long enough that it feels right to me. Plus losing the weight keeps me motivated. I have to get to the exercise today though, we didn't do it yesterday. So with that I am off to the exercise room. See you later.
