A beautiful day. A leisurely day. Lynn left this morning for his volunteer work. I sat around waking up slowly. Drinking coffee, watching the morning shows on TV, playing on the computer. Then I washed my hair got dressed and went outside and sat on the deck. I walked around the yard first and checked on bird feeders, picked up some left over fireworks that ended up in our yard from the neighbor. Then my one neighbor came over and we chatted a bit. Just a nice way to get the day started. I imagine it is going to get too warm this afternoon for me to enjoy being out much but this morning was a gift. I love being able to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. Seeing neighbors that during the winter we never see. One think about living here...winter is like hibernation time for people but come spring and summer you get to re connect and catch up on lives. Flowers, green grass and green trees the birds and yes even the squirrels and chipmunks. It is just a blessing of nature and I am full up this moment with good thoughts and blessed moments.

nature's beauty

It is nice when you can sit out and relax and enjoy the nice weather and talk to neighbors and such. That's what like is all about. Enjoying the fresh air and enjoying people. Hugs.

I have seen that photo before . Wouldn't it be wonderful to walk through all those flowers and just enjoy a day there?
