So here I am. The world did not come to an end on Saturday. I wasn't worried. I know the end will come some day but I know not when. Neither does that pastor who predicted the end know. I still can't believe that a person who proclaims to be Christian........or spiritual if not a Christian....would be so bold to think man has any idea when the end will come. As for myself I am just going to try hard to lead the kind of life that will lead me where my religion says I will go if I am doing right. I hesitate to say too much in a blog about religious things because I have friends of different faiths and I do not want to offend anyone. Lets all just give some thought to the people that gave away their savings and retirements thinking it wouldn't be needed after Saturday. Shame on that preacher for thinking he was so knowledgeable as to know what only our Heavenly Father knows.
It will be a difficult time for all those who hear Mr. Camping.
ReplyDeleteI kind of feel sorry for him myself. How disappointed and shocked he must have been.
In Hebrew the term for these times is "ikvesa d'meshicha" the footsteps of messiah and they seem to be getting louder and louder as the time approaches.
