I am alone this evening as the hubby is working for a few hours this evening. I think I prefer him working days but that's the way it goes. Something I have to confess. I do my reading now on my nook...and e-reader. I have had this particular nook for two years now. It is the first one that came out and although I would love to have one of the newer models like the color nook or the nook tablet, this one does what I need. Anyway, my confession. After having used this nook for two years I just realized how to put my books on shelves. So now I have a mystery shelf, an un-read shelf, a free shelf, and a religious shelf. So when I am looking for a mystery I go to that shelf and the free books I get each Friday from Barnes and Noble are on the free shelf. It makes finding my books so much easier because I have about a hundred books that I have put on the nook now. Why did it take me so long to use this feature? Well, guess I was just so intrigued with being able to download a book and read I never thought about anything else the little thing could do. Now as I get more books I can make appropriate shelves to put them on and as I read the un-read books I can take them off that shelf and put where they belong. It is so nice having all this reading material and not having to worry about where to store it all. Isn't progress wonderful...sometimes?

Guess I'll get around to using that feature on my nook some day. All I do it put the on for right now. The only books I add are the free Friday books. I don't want to pay for any books. I will get a book at the library, but other than that I won't pay for a book, maybe a really cheap one if it's one I really want, but I have to really want it.
