Leaves and~~~~

I can't believe the trees around my house have not started changing color yet.  They must know I am eager to see.  Okay, I know "they" don't know a thing!  I was on the expressway the other day and lodged in between a large mass of trees were two that were changing to red and yellow.   It was so not unexpected that I had to make a big noise telling the hubby to look at those trees!!

I do have my Halloween decorations out.  Yes its a bit early but I had some company coming from another state and wanted them to see and a neighbor was here the other day and enjoyed them too.  Usually no one visits us during a holiday that I have decorations for.  I mean like Halloween or Easter.  My late mother-in-law made me some darling ceramic things for Easter and I have a lot of Halloween things that I have collected over time.  Last year I didn't even put  things out at these particular occasions knowing no one would see them.  This year I did and realized I enjoyed them so much that I will be doing it every year again.  Even if no one comes to the house and sees them, I will be enjoying them.  You have to remember that sometimes little things like this make a difference in your attitude. 

I will check in soon again...maybe talking Fall leaves again.  OR...I might think of something more interesting to share.  Don't hold your breath!
