Just me

What a day.  In the evening last night we had high winds for a bit with snow coming down in buckets.  It was beautiful to watch but I was sure glad to be inside looking out!  Then today it warmed up....again....and all the snow melted away and it looks like tomorrow is again going to be warm.  So hard to predict the weather lately.  I guess this is good for the heating bill.  

A bit of bad news today.  My hubby is no longer working.  Things just did not work out where he was working.  I could go into all the things that went into his having to quit but I don't want to sound like I am making excuses.  I will just say anyone who had to put up with what he did would have to leave.  Of this I am sure.  Of course this is bad news for me.  No more turning the TV off as he heads out the door.  I am happy to have him back home though.  He has a line on something else he might be doing though so time will tell.  He does need to be out among people.  Having been a salesman all his life and an owner of a restaurant he is just too accustomed to talking with the public.  He misses that.   

Well tomorrow I make another trip to the eye doctor but just for a pressure check.  I am hoping the pressure has not gotten high again and I have to go back to the eye drops.  Having to do the drops is not that bad but remembering to do it is.  At least going to the doctor will be a snap with the warm weather and no snow to drive through.  Well this is the start of my week so if anything interesting happens or I get to thinking of something I want to blog about I will be back.
