Licensed Driver

I know warmer weather is headed this way again but with  hurricane Isaac around rain will come later and then it will be cooler again.  I feel like Autumn is coming and that does make me feel good.  I look forward to some relief from the heat of this past summer.  I am in here again today to say.....I passed my test to get my drivers license renewed.  I admit I was nervous about it because of all the eye problems I have had.  I even took the eye test without my glasses and still passed.  So my license has no restrictions!  Now, I am not  one to not drive safely so I plan on wearing my glasses when I drive.  I just didn't want to have it on my license that I had to be wearing glasses.  So many times I don't wear them and might go out the door and forget them and what if I were stopped for something and my license said I should be wearing glasses and I'm not!!  Well that's my bit of news for today.  So happy and relieved that I am legal for another four years. My friend in FL got hers renewed and they are good for eight years!!  Wish that happened in my state.  Would you believe that before that hers were good for twenty years!!!  Think of that with all the older generation driving there in FL and not having to get re tested any more often than that.
