Well a good morning it is today. I have had some problems from a fall I took before Thanksgiving. A lot of pills and doctor appointment and taking it easy. Today though is the first day I can say I really feel like I am better. It has been a long haul but I think now as long as I am careful what I do I will be able to enjoy Christmas with the family. We are going to one of the son's home and everyone including the other son and all the grandchildren will be there. I was worried I might not be able to go, it is a long drive, but I now know for sure I will be there. I love this time of year. Everyone is so loving and giving. Of course there is a lot of commercialism too and forgetting what we as Christians consider the meaning of this time of year. All in all though the decorations, festive people, it is a fun time of year. I actually got an early gift in the mail yesterday. I have a sister-in-law for many reasons and a long story, we lost contact. We have become reacquainted and mended fences and really got to know each other. I have found out she is much different than I thought and the gift was from her. Lots of making up for lost time with this lady. It's going to be a good and new year of learning from mistakes.
